Looking for a clean and unique corporate website. It will require a good design team (good w colors, help w select photography to fit the business and pages), people that know how to develop ground up and excellent metatag strategy and design. I would anticipate about 15 pages. I'll require at least 3 sample sites that you've developed ground up and references to speak to. Also provide your method of communicating the work, design and approval. What times would you require for conference call discussions? Do you schedule weekly conference calls initially...if so how often?
