Build a Website (PHP) to import XML and generate reports

Process: Every month a XML will be generated with personal information. This XML inlcude financial data where people can apply for [login to view URL] has to be calculated for them. My website will calculate it for them and give them advices and checklist to guarantee succes. The calculation can be done by history: pas 'whole' year (from january till december) and it can done as a forecast (if one XML is imported this wil be multiplied with 12) The database has to be designed to import different XML structures which all have the same financial information. It has to be possible for the administrator to map the right nodes to the richt datatable column. This feature is a backend feature. It has to be possible to select the XML version which will set up the right import rules for the XML. The reports are depending on the calculation which can be given in de back end. There has to be a kind of wizard which lets the administrator generate reports by using smart queries. The reports can be saved and will be desplayed at the frontend. It must be possible to link textual content to a report. Other desires: - developed in Java - Grails framework used - website containing frontend and backend - encrypted database connection - secure database (safety for financial and personal data) - professional webdesign - mysql database or else if advise is acceptable - user management on backend - every user has his own XML import and reports but will use the same calculations
