Chinese festival iPhone & iPad app

This is a simple app project. Chinese developers are preferred because this app has relation with Chinese culture and Chinese words are needed. Others who know are welcome to apply too. The app is to let users select images and enter text messages. Then users are able to send to recipients. More information will be provided later. The app is to work on iPad and iPhone. In-App purchase is to be included in this app as well as iAd. Qualification 3 year experience needed for making app in iOS. Knowledge and experience in programming, images / graphics / animation.
