Background Design Needed For Mobile App

We are in need of a background designed around an existing website, for the purpose of building a mobile app. The size of the background needs to be 640x920. It needs to have the same look and feel of the website. The website address is: [login to view URL] You will need to created the name of the business as text. You can use the existing graphic that is there, or you can create a similar one. The website is a beauty salon, so the design of the mobile background needs to fit that theme. You can use your creative freedom. Somewhere on the background it needs to say "Welcome To Our Official Mobile App" Also, there needs to be a graphic created inside app that says "Click here to request appointment". There needs to also be a down arrow next to that graphic. This will point to one of the mobile app tabs that we will create. I need someone that can get this done quickly. I will need the final file as a PSD, so we can edit if we need to.
