Design a Logo for modern cake company

We're called Hushush Cakes and are based in Brighton, East Sussex, UK. We're in need of a logo for our homemade cake company (just starting out from my kitchen) avoiding the "vintage tea room" look altogether. We want a grown-up look, not provocative though, just mature. (We make cake at it's best, not cupcakes or fairy cakes, but good real cake made with real chocolate, sugar, treacle, etc...) We like joined-up writing in neon lights for our logo and hoping that when we make it big (!?) we can get an actual neon sign made up for our shop (eventually) hopefully from these people [login to view URL] as love some of their designs. WILDABOUT: There's a florist in London called Wildabout and love their look and the way they stand out from a regular high street florist. ELVIS: Love this style of neon lights FLOWERS: Simple elegant neon SSSSHHHH: Like this neon look but might be too much to fit on a logo HUSHUSH1: A mock up which we quite like but too similar to Tom Cruise film, Cocktail HUSHUSHLOGO: Another mock up we had done but font is wrong as you can't read what it says and it doesn't look neon either (so here's what not to do). We're working on our website now and am looking to go to print with stationary/banners for festivals this spring/summer so would appreciate help as soon as anyone can.
