Design a Logo for IT company called 'halfbyte'

A company that specializes in front end, mobile web, apps (iOS, Android, WP) and consulting. The name is 'halfbyte', and I'm looking for a logo and a proper font for the name itself. It needs to remain subtle and unique, and not have too much emphasis on the name or the business. It's a creative company with skilled personnel (experts), and we want the logo to demonstrate skill and creativity. A 'clever' logo is what I'm looking for. Halfbyte means half a byte, which means 4 bits. A byte is 8 bits. Perhaps something around that theme would be fine.
A proper logo might attract more work, like an overall design, including (but not limited to) business cards, web page design, company profile.
