Design an App Mockup

As an owner of a chain of boutiques selling furniture and house hold appliances I would like to have a user interface that allows my three tier customer loyalty programme to be integrated within an App that allows them to electornically link their customer loyalty cards onto the app unique to my shops.
This app must be simple, stylish/modern, as well as effective. Apps recommended for sampling include, the simplicity of "Expedia", the easy functionality of "MyEE", as well as the elegance of "Uber". Please note the neutral feel as well as a touch of elegance in these samples.
What I require is a design of an app that shows the "front page", settings , my profile, promotions (that shows a range of products in store), "link a card" and store finder (which will use the uber type geo location function to see nearby stores). Cards can be linked via bar code, qr code and magnetic strip reader.
The front page should act as a springboard to the different functions above. Please see attachment attached for a lay out ideas etc.
AgainI require 5 design laouts for the front page of the app, settings, my profile, promototion, link a card as well as a store finder. I require these as 5 seperate images as if they were on an iphone.
