Creating printer ready pdf files for the following items.

I am a one man service company who has no paper forms. No B-card or invoice sheet so I need files that are ready to present to a printer in high resolution pdf format that will be able to produce the following items. The flyer is something I'm not sure about or what kind of additional photos or images you would need. Samples of competitors invoicing and sticker is included in attached files. One sticker sample is included but I would like another as well, suitable for a different dimension. If this is not clear, please ask. I want all items included in contract. No exceptions. I am very flexible on the Preventive Maintenance sheet. Give me something I can work with and I'll be happy. And in fact this sheet does not need to be printer ready, a standard pdf or Word 2007 format would be sufficient. B-card and invoicing only need to be simple, straightforward, clean and balanced. Like your average company paper. But I want an exact rendition of the logo. 1. Invoice and Work Order 2. Overhead Door Preventive Maintenance Sheet 3. Business card 4. 2 stickers of different sizes. One has a dimension of 5?? X 3 ½??. The other is 2 5/8 X 6?? 5. Three files of the logo. Samples attached. One of just the logo. One of just the script, and one combining the two. 6. Creation of an advertising page suitable for use as a flyer modeled on the web site. 7. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
