Animated Video Short (Let Louie Live)

Hello, I am looking for a freelancer to create an animated video of my mascot Louie for me. I posted a project previously, but realized that the scope of the project was not adequately defined, and therefore I am reposting a new project with as much detail as possible up front. I don't envision this video to be longer than 30-45 seconds but I'm not too concerned with the duration of the video as much as I am with making sure that everything is adequately captured in the video. Please make note, you can also see a 3D rendition of Louie on this page. Also, please visit the "shop" page so that you can see animated/illustrated forms of Louie. Please then visit [login to view URL] and pay sharp attention to the opening sequence. That will give you an idea of the style/look of animation I am seeking, and help you better understand how I would like my video to close (see below for detail). How I envision the video to air is as follows: 1. The wayward note leaving Earth and finding it's way to Louie's ear on his home planet. 2. A mesmorized Louie is immediately transfixed and immediately begins hunting for the origin of the note. 3. Elder, seeing this transpire, secretly presents Louie with special headphones and points him in the direction of Earth, noting that it's the origin of the captivating sound. 4. A scene showing Louie leaving Drab in a pod and landing on Earth. 5. A scene showing Louie, his trusty headphones on, departing his pod and running and searching for the tune(s) that lured him to this planet. 6. A group of followers, one by one, seeing Louie and being so curiously intrigued by this never before seen alien, begin following him out of curiosity. 7. Louie finding music (a band playing a set)and uniting the sounds with his followers, all of which begin dancing and enjoying the sounds. 8. Final scene. Louie then absorbs the band and music into his headphones, turns and runs, searching for more wonderful music. Note, I'd like this final scene to mimic the sir-patroclo animation, showing Louie running towards the screen, with his "followers" running behind him. I'd like there also to be banners that Louie runs past (exactly like the "%" loading banners that sir-patroclo runs past) that convey a message. The message would be: Follow Louie (1st banner) on a journey of artistic discovery (2nd banner) of Music (3rd banner), Art (4th banner) and Adventure (5th banner) Where Artist & Fans (6th banner) interfuse intimately (7th banner) Oh! The things you will find...(8th banner) bring you, be you (9th banner) [login to view URL]! (10th banner). Then the video fades to black with the website url showing at the end ([login to view URL]).
