Abstract Image design

Hello, I am looking for someone to create an image for me. The image should be semi abstract and the focus point needs to be a globe. Some how complementing the globe, I need 4 words: Talent, Customers, Technology, and Capital. The "message" or idea that the image should be giving off is that those 4 words are "Transforming" the world (hence the globe). Some possible ideas are: - 4 arrows swirling into each other and around the globe. - 4 lines/arrows that fusion into 1 single line/arrow around/into the globe. - cool swirling with around with the words that somehow ties into the globe. - Anything else that you can imagine that ties into the 4 words "transforming" the world theme. Color wise, I do not want too many colors. The theme of the page that will have this ad is primary navy blue, white, and grey. Some extra colors can be incorporated, but nothing too wild (color wise). This should NOT look like clip art, as it needs to be of a high quality. Here are some links to styles that I like.
