Creation of publication quality chart graphics from data 2

I need a one page professional presentation of service cost projection information which includes a chart in which certain data is presented in vertical bar chart form and certain data is presented as an overlay over the bar chart in a data points connected by straight lines format. The presentation should be multicolor intended for an executive level professional audience, so a high level of presentation quality is necessary The content with instructions is provided in the attached pdf. The product should be delivered in pdf and at least one graphic format that can be copied into a PowerPoint presentation. Additional delivery in epi format would be a plus.
