Children's Book Illustrator needed

I am looking for an illustrator for a children's book of about 24 pages (about 13 illustrations) plus cover. The book requires a unique character that can be scary but it also has to be colorful and youthful (ie.. "The Monsters University" charactrers). I can give more detail about my background and my plans once freelancer is selected. I am also willing to negotiate a royalty on the book in addition to the bid as I am optimistically planning to scale my project. The Book is for children ages 2-6 yrs old. Will need to see a portfolio in order to select freelancer.
