Design for report - around 280 pages and smaller reports on seperate countries

We would like to receive a quote for the design of our MENA Oil & Gas Sector Risks and Forecasts Quarterly Report. The report comes in six parts needs to be merged into one report and roughly equates to 300 pages Although we do not require the report to be printed initially, we would still like the report formatted in a way that would make it easy to print if we needed to, in a PDF format that we can also send out to clients. The report is very text heavy so I believe we need some straightforward colour usage throughout to enhance its accessibility. I have attached our existing marketing leaflet to give you a sense of our branding so far. Also, the document below has some clean, straightforward design elements I believe could work well.
