Convert my OS Commerce Site to a members only site.(repost)

I need someone to take my existing oscommerce site [login to view URL] and add a membership feature. I am looking for individuals to have to purchase a membership in order to buy wholesale from our company. Whomever does this would work would have to re design the home page of the website, including text and images with an add designed to call people to action to purchase the membership. This home page should contain the information on the company as to who we are, and what we do. Should also provide some examples of items and types of pricing people can receive in order to entice them to join. Customers should be able to browse the site to see all of the items available, but should not be able to view pricing until the membership is purchased. Membership features should include user names, passwords, retrievals for lost information and so on.
