Design a SVG icon with animation (example codes provided)

Hi: We need a SVG with following specifications: 1) Text: ASK A STUDENT 2) Font color of text: It should come from CSS. 3) Alignment: It should be vertically aligned like this: [login to view URL] 4) Background color: It should come from CSS. On mouse over the background color should change to color defined in CSS. 5) The last “T” in STUDENT should be like the phone “T’ in the following logo: [login to view URL] 6) Color of “T” in student should be of same color as the rest of the text: ASK A STUDEN. However, color for the waves should be different and come from CSS. 7) Waves on “T”: It should be like [login to view URL] Source: [login to view URL] Following are some other references but the animation with the following will not be as good as the above: a. [login to view URL] b. [login to view URL] If you know Illustrator, CSS and Javascript then you should be able to do this job quickly.
