Design one page Brochure in "Booklet" Layout

It will be a 8.5x11 overall print piece-- folded into a "booklet" of 5.5 inches wide by 8.5 inches tall. So it's a front and back "cover" and and "two" inside pages. You can decide layout, look and feel, fonts, and color scheme. (I am not picky- as picky as I get is described here.) The piece is a real estate theme- but it's not for selling real estate. Feel free to use a print piece you have previously done and just add my content. I do want it to be full bleed full color- very little white space. They will be professionally printed on glossy paper. No stock photography of people. It will likely have to be a two step process- 1. I provide some content and you design around that and 2. After I see your design I will modify the content to fit it exactly-- that way you can tell me to be less wordy in some places or I can generally modify the text to fit your design.
