Design Blueprint for Brochure with Map

Hello and thanks for your submission, I need a "blue print" of a brochure with a map inside. We have a website that recommends the best places to eat, drink, shop & play on the island of bali. We also sell a Loyalty Card that gives discounts to all of our best of selections. Now we will print a map of our village with the location of each business and sell the other space. I have a front & back design but need a layout designed to sell the other space. I'm not sure of the exact size until I get a quote back from my printer tomorrow but it will be around 58cm x 44cm that can be folded into a normal brochure size of 10cm x 21. Front and back covers when folded do not need to be designed as I have some we can use for now. When it is opened, it will show a map of Ubud (bali, Indonesia) with a list of my 50 businesses & their promotions (copy & paste from my files). From the map the there will be logo's off to the side but pointing to a spot on the map reserved for our favorites. Then I need the rest "white space" to be divided up into 10 large spaces & 20 more spaces (half the size of the large) a combination of horizontal & vertical. That's it! No creative colors or words just a simple layout that makes sense so we can sell ad space. This would be phase I which I would offer $50-$75. For Phase II which will come later, will be $300+ to complete. I would be more inclined to work with the same person who completed phase I but not obligated of course. Really depends on our communications & your talent. Thank you in advance.
