Create/format a book layout with infographics

I wrote a book, about tango music history and orchestras. It's about 45 pages in MS Word. I joined the word document here. It's an unreviewed version we will have to add an introduction and a conclusion to it. It has two parts : part one is about the history of tango music; part two is about the 20 most influent tango orchestras, their characteristics, tips on how to recognize them, a brief history, etc. Here is what I want : 1. I want the whole thing to be formatted as a professional, very good looking pdf book. Fonts, colours, design. 2. There is no visual right now. I tried to make some infographics for it but i got a little bit overwhelmed by this and i want something that really looks professional (I will join what i've done so you know what i mean, but there is absolutely no need to use it or to go in that direction). So i would like the book to have infographics anywhere it is suitable and the person i hire should be able to propose ideas on how to make the information more interesting and easier to understand, as well as design the required infographics. It should be simple and clean. Since the information is quite repetitive (the 20 orchestras section will have the same info for each of the 20 orchestras), there should also be some graphics, icons or styles (i.e.: info boxes) so the reader can navigate more easily in the book. 3. I would like to integrate some mp3 and also links in the pdf but I have no idea if and how this could be done, so i will need some advice here. I can do this job, but i want someone that will do it better than me. So don't apply if you don't think you can be better than me. The most important for me in this job is the layout/format concept and the infographics. Once i get this I can do the dirty job of formatting the text or making some corrections or inserting or deleting parts. Thank you for your time.
