Need one ad banner for online ads for a particular campaign that we are running. We would need both animated and static versions. Animated version needs to be 'flashy' enough to catch attention. I will provide the campaign page preview link to selected freelancers. You will be provided a theme only i.e. the preview link on what the campaign is about. You will need to come up with the banner that rightly represents the campaign along with any catchy phrases that would go in the banner. Since this is for online ads, typical formats are 750x90 and 300x250
