Aion Legion Emblem

I am looking for an Emblem to be created for our Legion in the MMORPG game: Aion. Our legion name is: Menace It needs to have the following: 1) A transparent background. 2) Must be saved in .tga format. 3) Image size: 256x256 Basically, I'm leaving this open to all of you to be creative.
