Design in Flash

I am looking for a chat system, with reputation ranks and rank requirement for the different chat channels for my website Once the user becomes a member, he is entitled to the chat system, similar to this. The chat system is to be available on the home page, and the window for the chat system has to be sizable so users can read articles and chat about their comments. I need this to be done prior to December. Thank you
