Hello, I'm interested in developing a Flash app similar to this one: [login to view URL] I don't need every feature in that app, and my app is not for t-shirt designing, but this sample app is very close to what I'm looking for. Primarily, I need the users to be able to use and edit clipart in EPS format that I provide to create their own original designs that can be output as PDF files. I'm looking for a ballpark quote for an app like this, and will provide more details to applicants who seem qualified, so please provide a link to any work you've done that is comparable to this.
