Create a FLASH version of a site

I am looking for someone to make an offline version of an existing web site. The site is reasonably well structured,so you should be able to create a fast db using the current structure. There is NO DB structure on the current site, everything is static there, just pure HTML. So you will have to create a script to extract the data and put it into an internal DB within the FLASH program. This FLASH program would need to have options for adding/retrieving new entries/updates from a central web site as well as a rating mechanism for the items contained in the DB. I will provide the current address of the site ONLY to those that have done a similar project or that can prove that they know FLASH extremly well and are able to deliver this project. I've had enough bad experiences on GAF, so don't waste my time with generic bids and other offers that have nothing to do with the project. Good luck!
