Basic Flash Animation ASAP

I have a layered Adobe Illustrator file with many simple graphical elements (attached). I need a designer to complete the list of customer requests on the list below... 1. Starts foggy, then clears to science scene (fog is on a layer, fade and tween the fog away) 2. If possible they would like the fog to clear so that is is only coming out of the large beaker in the front, right (as if the beaker were steaming) 3. Bascially animate all bubbles in the test tubes/beakers (test tubes on left, 2 beakers off to the right) 4. Make the electricty in the big bulb (upper left) look like it is moving or glowing like electricity 5. Make the red register button pulsate or glow red 6. Make the radio wave in the screen (middle, slightly left) jump around or scroll as if it were tracking a radio wave 7. Make the flame under the beaker (right side) flicker or have the effect it is a flame 8. Make the balls move around the atom looking thing (upper, slightly left) 9. Make the big red button in the center of the stage go to "register.html" This project must be complete in a few hours. I MUST have the complete sources within 6 hours.
