Animate an Angel graphic

have an angel graphic that I want to be animated as follows: The angel is a full figure graphic with a book in one hand. What I am looking for is for the Angel to be in a flotating like animation with the wings slowly moving. I want the book closed on the animation and then have the angel to open the book with his right hand and raise the right hand to point upwards as to the sky and after the hand points upward, I want something magical to happen like rays of sun to appear on the figure through the clouds.
