ActionScript Flash E-Learning system for children students (learning alphabet)

I’m asked to design a Stand alone Flash system for a project at a school I work at. The system is stand alone, so will not be on a website. It will be installed onto a computer. Its aim is to teach the Panjabi alphabet to students, with both exercises and tasks. It will be of three different levels. It will be on Macromedia Flash and will require some Actionscript, too. It is only a small system of about 5 to 10 pages/”scenes”. Scene One = Introduction of The School Logo, zooming in onto the screen. Then a Start button, which will lead to Scene Two. Scene Two = Consists of Three Buttons – Level One, Level Two, Level Three. Level One: Learning Letters Level Two: Mix and Match Game (Drag and Drop). Level Three: Listening Once bidder has been confirmed, all images, contents will be provided.
