Hello Service Providers

I am looking for a person who can design for me a website like

Important is that we have CMS system and can upload 3 different sounds,

volume button, nice buttons for the menu. etc etc.

The website has to be build from scretch and you have to be familiar with what I am asking.

You will have 1 to 2 weeks max. to finish it and all materials like pics, etc will be deliverd to you. All I will do is discuss with you the concept/formula for the website and the rest I will leave the creativity up to you.

My target price is $250 and this incl. CMS System, designing or building around a flash template and making it work on the server.
