Customizing ready-made Flash Template to full fledged E-commerce Jewelry website with backend tools

I want to develop a Jewellery website not from the scratch but from a read-made template just to keep the cost down. Here are the templates I would like to use for the jewelry site (I will get my own domain name and the name before we start working on the project): [login to view URL] I will pick up any of the template from the link given above. All i want is to customize it as per my requirements. Customization will mainly include adding images of my product, making changes in the categories(to view all my categories please visit jewelry section on my existing website [login to view URL]) and integrating the paypal shopping cart and providing me with a complete backend too for mantaining store data, inventory, uploading/removing products, changing prices i.e all the facilities required to run an online store. We have all our images with white background and would be starting with 100 products. Anyhow, here are some of the project scope that I need help with: 1. Getting the sites set up (since the jewelry template is a flash site, I also need to have some regular pages that are non-flash that would showcase like, a gallery/catalogue of my products, etc....and that would fit-in with the color schematics and theme and such of the existing flash template) 2. Integrated with ecommerce ability and Paypal, Shopping carts, card processing, etc. (not sure if all the Jewelry template has shopping cart already). 3. Get a couple of products set up and teach me how to add more inventory as well as add more pages and edit them later so I can be self-sufficient. 4. Make sure I have these elements like inventory mgmt; customer mgmt & account registring; secure site; possibly auctions or ebay integration; anything else...? (just learning myself!) 5. Help me host the website on my server. Anyhow, I really need help and need to stay on a budget, thus the use of templates to keep costs down. I would really want to work with designers(preferably India based as we are too based in India) who has already made websites using any such ready-made templates.
