Build Flash Site from Template

We need a portfolio-type website customized from a template. Here's the template you will need to clone: [login to view URL] We are interested in all details and transitions as you see on this template. We can buy the template but better if you can actually just clone it. Of course you will need to fill in our portfolio examples and other text. We will need some slight modifications as to the functions of some of the links and click-actions, like when you click on a portfolio item it should take you to the website of that project, etc. Some pretty obvious functionality types of modifications, but nothing elaborate. Also need you to install it on our server once it is working to specification, then test and make sure all bugs are out after install. We also like the logo model as seen in the template. You will need to add our name and tag line into the composition of that logo to implement into the site, and then also deliver to us as 1) high-res jpg & 2) transparent gif for use in other projects.
