We need an application for Windows platform (from XP home and up, not relying on any additional prerequisites like java or .NET preinstalled ), an app launcher with 12 games, with authentication over web.
Seems like Adobe Flash/AIR are the best fit for it, but feel free to suggest another solution in another programming language.
