Design flash banner for website

I need a new flash banner for a site. It will change products with some sort of nice effect. The current banner is not to my expectation. It shows 4 slides of products with some effect. I need similar but much nicer. I will give you link of site once I see your portfolio and if your bid is to my liking. This is for a watch site and I will provide you with images and text for the banner. If your work and time of completion is good then I will continue with you in regular changes to banner and site design. So this can be a repetitive business. It will be great if you can show me some of the work you have done so it will help me decide the ideal candidate. 1. Nice design/theme, create a nice banner with my images 2.
