Animated Splash Screen for Product Training Videos

Need an experienced digital video designer/animation expert familiar with working with corporate clients. We are looking for a quick (1-2 second maximum) splash screen to play at the beginning of our product training videos that incorporates our company logo, a simple effect, and a visual that will indicate this is a training video. Contractor will have the freedom to design to their own specifications for our approval. We can provide vector images of our logo, as well as any additional related image assets the contractor may require (product logo vectors, etc.). All respondents must submit a sample of similar work they have done previously along with a brief concept description or story board. If you are student, class projects are acceptable as samples. You should be able to rapidly respond to communication as the timeline is critical for this project. Deliverable should include an mp4 version of the finished product as well as any associated project files, regardless of what software it was composed in. Ideally looking for a candidate that will have continued availability for future contracts of a similar type but most likely broader in scope.
