Add standard navigation control to 4 SWF files

I have 4 SWF files without navigation control, and I want to add it to them. I want a timeline, volume control, stop, play and pause buttons. I don't need anything fancy. One of the standard navigation controls that you can see all around the web will do. For example: [login to view URL] I don't care how it's done, as long as each file doesn't exceed 9 MB in size (they are 4-7 MB each now), and the quality of video or audio doesn't drop. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 3) The files must have a standard navigation control that includes a timeline, volume control, stop, pause, and play buttons. 4) each individual video file must not exceed 9 MB in size. 5) The quality of video and audio must remain the same. ## Platform The files are to be uploaded to my site, and must run on all 6.0+ versions of Internet Explorer and 2.0+ versions of Firefox.
