Animation for kids' music video

Hi there. I'm looking for someone creative and talented to animate a music video. I had already hired someone on another freelance site but was not happy with their work on it, so I'm hoping someone here can begin the project again and wow me with the result. It's a 2 minute song (see attached sound file and storyboard). I have a pretty good vision of the general idea of it, per the storyboard, but I also need your input, creativity and style to make it really great. As I've already spent a good amount of money for the previous attempt, I have a very strict budget for this of $1,500 USD. If you can't complete this video, including revisions and such, for that price, then please DON'T APPLY. Another thing to keep in mind is that while this is a kids' music video, my style is not really "cutesy" or meant for toddlers/babies. I like to target the older range of my audience (8-10), because if older kids like something, then younger kids can also like it a lot, but that doesn't usually work the other way around if you target something toward the youngest kids. I would recommend looking at some of the videos on my YouTube channel (look up Eric Herman) for a general idea of what I like to produce. That being said, I'm not looking for you to reproduce any of the styles there... I want this to be original and unique. But that might give you a sense of whether your style would be a good fit or not. Also, I don't think I'm looking for 3D/CGI style animation for this... I believe that 2D or Flash style will probably work better. So if you only do 3D/CGI style, you're probably not as likely to be considered, though I won't necessarily rule it out.
