Dear prospective client, I prefer flat fee contracts so that you know the exact cost of project before any activity begins. My references are available upon request and include clients with complex pre-existing solutions that I was required to understand and enhance. I am not sure what your phrase "light geolocation" refers to, but I have experience in attaching TCPIP sending units to moving and stationary assets and tracking through Filemaker showing positions and status on google maps.
