Hi. I see the relationship screen shot but besides indicating that the fileis a job tracking file it does not say much, if the relationships all work, and most important what is you want the file to do. Can you post the file with more information?

Could you please expand your db map? there are some fields, that i can't see in the pdf. And if you can please send some pictures about the solution, you would like. if you have started to design, some print screen, or if you haven't yet anything, just make some line in paint.
