Dear Sirs I am based in the UK and happy to assist you with your project. I assume you are running on an FMP server? There will be some conciderations to be taken into account with using the Web, but I have completed numerous projects with deploying iPads as the interface. One of my clients runs a small wine outlet and we use a central data base with POS systems with either iPads or a shop PC. The shop processes the orders and we centralise the data back on the primary system. I have a feeling this may be a similar approach to your requirements.
