Excel - combine two files and compare + results what does not match - TEACH ME

This is just to teach me how to use Excel.
I have two files with one similar value in each file.
I can combine the two files with MS Query and I get the results as needed (see the link to dropbox in the attachment).
BUT I also need those values that does not match. I dont know how to show or get them. This is your job - show me how I can see these values.
You can show via Teamviewer or a video or simply just type it to me.
