Create an electronic pdf. form

I can offer you the design of the LiveCycle pdf form, which is the most flexible solution for projects where you want to have an easy option to modify content in the future. However, you'll have to use LiveCycle again to make those edits, so it's not like you can edit the form in Acrobat Reader itself. Also, LiveCycle pdf forms allow you to have extendable layout capabilities, so the users can type in as many text as they need and form will adjust itself to show it all. please check my profile, i've no incomplete project i already developed too many fillable forms where we can add drop down boxes, check boxes, radio buttons, auto calculations, adding text fields as far as graphic concerns, we can add those any where i've checked the spreadsheet, where there is drop down boxes and blank text fields, if you like, i can show you same fillable form, but you want that users can save the form after filling and can print it? please details me, i can do everything which you like, i can assure you, it would be completed according to your requirement looking forward thx
