Create an Excel Macro that will generate a KML file to be imported into MyMaps

Create an Excel macro that will generate a KML file to be imported into Google MyMaps from a data file that I will provide. Whilst my data file will change from day to day, within it there are three fields of interest. Location Name Latitude and Longitude Location Code The macro must generate the KML file that when imported into Google MyMaps, will plot a series of Geo Tags. Each Geo Tag must be named according to the Location Name in the file. Each Tag must be positioned according to the corresponding latitude and longitude. Each Tag must be coloured and ordered according to the Location Code*. * A note on the Location Code. The format will be XXX-YYYY. Eg. 001-0020 Where XXX = Group YYYY = Order within the group All locations that have the same Group number must have the same Geo Tag Colour. This Colour should be settable within dialog box interface or similar. All locatons within the same Group must be ordered ascending numerically according to the YYYY component. The Groups should also be ordered ascenging numerically Example: McDonalds Auburn (Blue Geo Tag) 001-0010 McDonalds Parramatta (Blue Geo Tag) 001-0021 Mcdonalds Hurstville (Yellow Geo Tag) 002-0010
