The zip file that can be downloaded below has food and drink menus for five different restaurants in pdf form. I need this info input into an excel file with all information separated into different columns as shown in the attached excel file. The final output should be one excel file with each restaurants items listed out in separate tabs. All information is needed so for example, if on the menu it is labeled under 2 categories such as beer, draft, state.
