Business Communications Online Course Design

We are in need of an instructional designer to support the development of an online MBA course. This will entail weekly synchronous meetings with the SME and project director. As the instructional designer you would be expected to do the following: - Familiarize oneself with the selected course content - Identify learning challenges and solutions - Write and map weekly and course learning outcomes - Research and suggest materials - Review all SME submitted materials - Edit and revise weekly intro paragraphs, assignment descriptions, etc - Write rubric details and course guide - Maintain project schedule and communication with all contributors - Suggest appropriate learning activities and assessments - Etc.
