Build Sales Reports and Dashboards

I need to create a complete sales reporting system from raw data. I have a working model already and it needs to have VB added to replace slow working formulas, and also add dashboards for sales performance and reports.
Reports will include (but not limited to):
Sales by rep
Sales by region
Sales by customer
Item Rank
Customer YOY analysis
Lost accounts
Monthly sales summary
All of these report are easy and already created, but I want them automated.
I also need to automate a list of new accounts by rep that occur in the data, and also new product placements by account and/or rep. Again, I already do this with remove duplicates and highlighting, but I want something automated since it take more time that I want to spend on it.
I would like dashboards available by rep, account, and region showing YTD sales, YOY +/-, graphs, best seller placements, progress to annual goal
We also need monthly sales populated in a grid with YOY increases, and we also have this created and just need it automated.
The use of dashboards with spark lines, charts, and other visual tools is important. I need analyst tools for sell in and sell through data so it will be from two different sources.
it will need to have a page for each rep group (10 or fewer) that auto populates sales progress. I already have a template for this
