Build Finance Calculator with debt recycling strategy -- 2

I am looking for is a client facing tool which demonstrates the benefits of a debt recycling strategy vs other strategies such as: - Home Loan Reduction - Concessional Contributions to Superannuation (Super CC) - Non-Concessional Contributions to Superannuation (super NCC) - Investment outside of super (individual vs joint names) - Geared investment outside of super (individual vs joint names) - Family Trust - Super CC Geared - Super NCC Geared An additional option I would like the debt recycling strategy calculator to be able to cater for additional investment properties as well as market-linked investments. As such, the property inputs will need to allow for stamp duty, depreciation and other costs as well as capital growth and rental income. Fee Disclosure and other advice related costs I would like to be able to add an upfront and ongoing (tax deductible) fee to the calculations to demonstrate the real cost/benefit of a strategy with professional advice.
