Create excel/access form

I have created this form ("survey") through Microsoft Excel for our employees to fill out each day: [url removed, login to view]
The benefit of this excel form is that it can be hosted on my office 365 account and accessed via the internet as you see.
Once the form is filled out, the data is deposited onto an excel sheet within my office 365 account (you can see the excel sheet attached in the files). However, I don't know how to manipulate the data now. I would think potentially using pivot tables may help search/sort/filter the data, but I don't know how to create pivot tables.
If you believe the same work can be accomplished using Access, then I am open to trying Access as well.
We need to be able to search/sort/filter this data once it is deposited onto the excel sheet, and the form needs to be accessible via the internet as it is currently. Please tell me how you believe this should be done, and what your cost for doing the work will be.
