Column based list to be converted into excel columns & rows

I have list of companies & their contact details in column form (Word...), but I would need a macro/VBA code which would transpose correctly such columnar data into correct columns & rows into Excel. For example, this is how the data now look: Company 1 (bold) Address 1 Country 1 Phone 1 Fax 1 (can be omitted from transposing, as I don't need this data...) Email 1 Website 1 Person 1-0 Person 1-1 Person 1-2 Person 1-3 Company 2 (bold) Address 2 Country 2 Phone 2 (note fax missing!) Email 2 (note website data missing!) Person 2-0 Person 2-1 (note different number of persons!) .... about 2000 such entries as those 2 above And I wish such data to be "intelligently" transposed into rows & columns, for example: A B C D E F G H I J ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Company 1 Address 1 Country 1 Phone 1 Email 1 Website 1 Person 1-0 Person 1-1 Person 1-2 Person 1-3 Company 2 Address 2 Country 2 Phone 2 Email 2 (blank) Person 2-0 Person 2-1 (blank) (blank) Looking forward to receive your quotes!
