Hello, I really don't like long proposal, but ok. I day by day working with solidworks with various projects, starting from simple parts, and finishing with plastic parts designing for injection molding. Few days ago I finished correcting some plastic parts for injection molding. (Client was from USA) Also I working closely with few plastic injection molding companies in UK. If you need I can recommend where to manufacture these parts.

Hi, Deciding the parting line, draft analysis will be done to make sure that all the surface have minimum required draft for ejection. Injection point and type, ejector locations and number of cavities can be decided & make model ready for mold design.
