Create a clone of an iPad/iPhone magazine app

I need an iPhone/iPad magazine app identical to "a day bulletin". Search in app store and see functionality. This is basically a clone with an extra feature added and a design that's a little different. I need to be able to update the app externally with new magazines and covers. I assume magazines will download from an external PDF. We do need one extra feature. When a user uses the app for the first time, they will be asked to submit personal information such as email, name etc. They will not be able to access any magazines before they submit their info. This will only be something they have to do the first time. Data should be stored on the same servers as the magazines in a csv file.
