Dimensioning motor component photos from drawings

Hi, I have around 10-15 2D drawings (with about 10 - 40 key dimensions in each drawing) of various motor body components like the impeller, motor body, feet etc., These dimensions need to be transferred to the actual photo of the component for illustration in a catalog and website. The end result required is like an isometric/3D view with key measurements - except its done on the actual image of the component. You should be able to read the 2D drawings and translate them into the corresponding photo of the product. All drawing dimensions should be brought into the image of the component. All the work should be done in Powerpoint - as we will need to edit the work. Summary - 10 -15 actual motor component photos dimensioned in 3D view in powerpoint using Alphabets for each dimension. Each component has anywhere from 10 to 40 dimensions.
