The concept of this project is converting non-standard video from legacy equipment to a standard frequency so modern displays can be used. The nonstandard video input is Composite (CVBS) NTSC 15.70kHz horizontal, 60Hz (technically 59.92) vertical, 63.695 microseconds per line, non-interlaced video with exactly 262 lines (including the vertical retrace and border areas). 16688 microseconds per frame. As stated above, 59.92 frames per second. The standard frequency for NTSC should be 15.734kHz. All other specs for NTSC are well documented online. You task will be to create a low cost, low complexity circuit to allow the nonstandard video to be displayed on a standard Composite (CVBS) NTSC display without artifacts or extra noise visible. However quality and integrity of signal are preferred over price. You will provide a schematic and I will have a proto PCB created and assembled. Using standard 74 or 4000 series ICs is fine. There will be one Mile Stone for the project. And it will be released upon successful testing of your design. If there is any HDL code used then it will turned over after payment has cleared. Any questions, please ask. Thanks!

Hi, I am a product engineer with a dedicated team of inhouse mechanical, electronics hardware and software engineers. We have published 9 international papers and 5 patents. In past we have designed complete products like variable stability aircraft (changes its geometry while flying- having more than 800 custom designed parts), glider based payload delivery system/mechanism, desktop coffee roasting machine, gun recoil simulation mechanism, etc to name a few with microcontroller based sensors and controllers. We also have inhouse prototyping and manufacturing facility including 3D printing i.e. SLA and SLS in 3 different polymers, vacuum casting for a range of polymers and aluminum, CNC milling and turning, etc. PCB printing, hardware assembly, product integration & testing is also available. I can provide not only the schematic but also the PCB gerber as well as the functioning prototype. However the payment terms are 25% advance and remaining 75% as milestone which is to be released after I send you the video of the working prototype before making the physical dispatch of the device or sending the soft data. If you have any queries do let me know. Best regards Anuj Garg
